Data Protection Officer (DPO)
This role supports an organization dedicated to upholding data protection standards and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations. You will play a key role in overseeing and implementing data protection strategies, ensuring high-quality data handling practices across all teams and operations.
As a Data Protection Officer, you will lead the development and execution of data protection policies and procedures, working closely with internal teams to monitor and ensure compliance. You will conduct regular data audits, provide training on data privacy best practices, and advise stakeholders on data protection risks and mitigation strategies. Additionally, you'll be responsible for handling data subject requests, maintaining documentation, and ensuring ongoing compliance with data protection regulations.
You will lead a team, setting clear objectives and priorities to ensure exceptional data protection practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will also include developing training programs, overseeing the monitoring of data protection compliance, and liaising with external providers to support compliance initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

Salary: £52,000 - £57,000
