Data and Insights Manager
This role supports an organisation dedicated to leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making, improve performance, and optimise strategies across various departments. You will play a key role in managing the data and insights function, providing actionable insights to support fundraising, marketing, and supporter engagement initiatives.
As Data and Insights Manager, you will lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform key organisational strategies. You will work closely with internal teams to identify data trends, improve processes, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. You'll ensure that data is accurately captured, analysed, and reported, supporting the development of targeted campaigns and improving supporter experience.
You will oversee a team, setting clear objectives and priorities to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights. You will also be responsible for continuously improving data analysis methodologies, fostering a culture of data excellence, and ensuring that insights are communicated effectively across departments.
Key responsibilities include:

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
Location: Hybrid in London
